I didn’t think doctors spent this much time with patients anymore. I also didn’t think I’d ever be able to see NEARLY as well as I now can with my new scleral lenses. I’d been to three of the other top opthamologists in the metro area and had all but given up on finding a good fit. Once in there, it feels a bit like you’re on the set of a sci-fi movie with the various devices they use to map your cornea and customize the lenses, but clearly those devices actually work.
